Transpas Online
Transpas Online (TPO) is an online portal for entering and viewing orders.
With Transpas Online you can offer your customers, charters and recipients a complete online portal. Within the portal they can view (open) orders, invoices, stock, packaging and trip documents.
In addition, they can enter transport and call-off orders in TPO that are immediately visible in Transpas Enterprise. This saves time, input work, checks and ad-hoc communication.
In 2023, TPO has been completely rewritten so that it is more robust and works faster than ever. Our development team is busy innovating the portal.
Transpas Online is only available for users of Transpas Enterprise and Transpas CS. Your customers can submit orders to you a lot more easily via Transpas Online.

The Transpas Online home page can be adjusted to reflect your own corporate identity.
For example, here you see the login page of Oegema Transport.
In addition, you can choose from 2 color themes and your company name and logo can be shown in the program.
Online order entry
With the order entry module, customers can enter shipments themselves through the internet. These will automatically appear in Transpas, where these orders can then be accepted or rejected.
The acceptance process can be automated using rules that an entered order must comply with.

Customers can also view and download their own invoices. The shipments that have been invoiced are visible. This means that issues regarding invoices can often be resolved by the customer themself.
