Transpas Enterprise

Flexible, powerful, and ready to grow

Transpas Enterprise is a complete and user-friendly Transport Management System (TMS), designed to support both medium-sized businesses and large, complex transport companies in their daily operations. Whether you’re managing national planning or international logistics, Transpas Enterprise is the digital core of your organization.

The backbone of your logistics operation

As the central system in your company, Transpas Enterprise seamlessly connects your financial software, on-board computers, document scanning tools, the internet, and our fully integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS). Everything works together in one environment, helping you maintain oversight and save valuable time.

Modular by design, built for the future

Transpas Enterprise grows with your business. Thanks to its modular structure, you can build the solution that fits your needs — starting simple and expanding when you’re ready with extra modules.

Smart software for efficient operations

Enter your data just once — and use it everywhere. That’s how Transpas Enterprise helps you reduce duplication and grow your business without increasing administrative workload. The intuitive planning interface lets you easily drag and drop orders onto vehicles, with direct communication to on-board computers.

Order entry

All information associated with the shipment can be entered in the transport order screen.

Shipments are grouped per file.

Transpas Enterprise has a number of screens that show the same information, but grouped in a different way.

This way, order entry can work in the screen they like best.

Planning

The planning screen in Transpas Enterprise displays everything a planner needs in a single view:

The (available) resources,
Unscheduled shipments,
Trips and all activities associated with those trips.

Planning

Invoicing

In the invoicing screen, shipments are collected on an invoice. The invoice can then be emailed, printed and transferred to the financial package.

There are various ways to set when a shipment is ready for invoicing, so that a shipment is never invoiced too early.

A selection of available modules

Tarif module

Pricing orders based on scales, zones and routes can be done with the tariff module.

Crossdock module

The crossdock module provides insight into the crossdock administration and the calculation of the costs of crossdocking. This includes stickers that can be printed on the crossdock.

CBS-module

Once the CBS module is configured, a single click in Transpas allows you to send an XML file for the CBS transport survey.

Import

With this module, you acquire the configuration of an import definition. Art Systems then builds custom code based on your customer’s specifications. This custom solution enables the import of a file that your customer can use to submit orders.

Anomalies

Also known as the damage module, this feature allows you to register damage to shipments or vehicles. Different damage kinds can be defined. Photos can also be added to each report. This module includes a report so that the message can be printed.

Offer administration

In Transpas it is possible to prepare quotations and email them to the customer. An administration is automatically kept of the quotations in which the status of the quotation is recorded.

SMS module

Transpas includes a module for sending SMS messages containing order and trip details.

Links

When implementing Transpas, a company often already uses other software packages. From the start, Art Systems has focused on integrations with various software. Consider, for example, an on-board computer or an accounting package. This way you can continue to use the package you are already used to.

Transpas has a number of standard links for sharing data via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Firstly, an order import that makes it simple to exchange orders with other companies that use Transpas or that also use this standard.

In addition, standard links have been developed for, for example, automated consignment note processing with ScanSys or sending E-CMRs.

Good integration of different software packages is important: it saves time for the operation because orders only have to be entered once. It also reduces typos that occur when transferring data, because this is automated.
