Transpas CS

Transpas CShas more than proven itself as a TMS system: it has been used for almost 30 years.

The great strength of the program is its flexibility: all screens can be arranged as desired.

Most of our customers who use Transpas CS have significantly digitized their working methods with this package. Exporting data to a financial package or via an Excel file is easy to do.

Order screen

All shipment details can be entered in the CS order screen. The screen can be adjusted so that order entry runs smoothly.

Planning

CS has a digital planning board where unplanned shipments can be seen at the top left.
At the top right, planners can create the trips and assign the driver, truck and trailer to the trip.
At the bottom of the screen you can see what happens during the trip: which shipments are transported and where the trip starts, passes and ends.

Facturation

The invoicing process can be completed step by step in the invoicing screen.
The shipments that are ready for invoicing can be collected. These can be printed.

If you have purchased the “digital invoicing” module, you also have the option to email invoices directly from TranspasCS.

The invoices are then debited and sent to the financial package.
