Basic Module
The basic module is the core component and is required for all other modules. With this module, you can further personalize Transpas Online by selecting additional modules that align with the specific needs and preferences of your organization.
Order Entry
Allow customers to easily enter orders online and import them directly into Transpas. This module enables customers to independently create and manage shipments.
Order
Make order details available online for your customers, so they always have direct access to the status and specifics of their orders.
Invoices
Provide customers with online access to their invoices, allowing them to easily download and manage their invoices.
Charter Module
Allow charters to easily log in and view the trips assigned to them. Charters can provide feedback on trip details such as start and end date/time, mileage, and any additional comments. Emballage

Shipment Tracking / Track & Trace
Inform consignees via a direct tracking URL. Recipients can follow the progress of their shipment without needing a login account.
Recipient
Grant end recipients access through a login account, allowing them to view the status of their shipments.
Standard theme’s
Transpas Online also offers the ability to personalize the interface with a choice of six different standard themes that match your organization’s branding.
You can also integrate a company name and logo into Transpas Online, ensuring they are always visible within the application.
