The Core Module is the foundation and a prerequisite for all other modules, providing a solid base for your online portal. Order Entry
Allow customers to easily enter orders online and import them directly into Transpas. This module enables customers to independently create and manage shipments.
Order
Make order details available online for your customers, so they always have direct access to the status and specifics of their orders.
Invoices
Provide customers with online access to their invoices, allowing them to easily download and manage their invoices.
Charter Module
Enable charters to log in easily and view the trips that have been subcontracted to them. Charters can provide feedback on trip details, such as start and end date/time, mileage, and any comments. Additionally, charters can upload signed waybills, making them immediately visible under the shipment in Transpas Enterprise.
Packaging
Offer a clear overview of packaging details per customer, with insight into return flows and packaging obligations.
Inventory
Provide customers with access to current inventory data so that they always have an up-to-date overview of their products.
Inventory Call-off
Allow customers to place inventory call-off orders online, which are processed directly in Transpas, enabling efficient inventory management.
Recipient
Grant end recipients access through a login account, allowing them to view the status of their shipments.
Documents
Documents such as waybills and delivery notes can be uploaded and are easily accessible per order by all relevant parties.
User Pack
Easily add capacity with this module. Each pack allows 10 additional concurrent users, on top of the standard number of 10.
Shipment Tracking
Inform shipment recipients via a direct URL tracking link. Recipients can track the progress of their shipment without needing a login account.
Recipient
Grant end recipients access through a login account, allowing them to view the status of their shipments.
